How to identify a reliable idle server
Before dedicating hours — or money — to an idle game, it's worth checking a few trust signals. All of them appear on each game's page on IdleServList.
Signs of a reliable server
- Active community: lots of people online on Discord, not just idle members.
- High uptime: close to 100% in the last 7 days.
- Domain with history: we show 'Domain since…'. Domains created a few days ago require more caution.
- Verified owner: the ✔ badge indicates that the owner has proven they control the site.
- Checked numbers: player counts that don't match our checks appear as 'unverified'.
Warning signs
- Promises of easy or guaranteed money.
- Requests for payment through channels outside the official website.
- Player counts much higher than the Discord, with no explanation.
- A website that changes owners or addresses frequently.
